Complete pile cap and post systems were provided for a Modular built steel frame and timber hybrid housing unit. Using PRO range pile caps and Magnapiles, Rapidroot provided a solid long lasting foundation that was installed in 3 days by two men with no heavy machinery, specialized piling rigs, excavation or wet trades and included layout and final leveling of the system. The foundation was ready for the floor cassettes by the end of day 3.
